your bot is crashing and at the same time lagging. Will you do something with this? This is already since the last update. Nobody does anything about it ... It's not free

Such issue may relate with your anti-virus software settings, ensure to exclude HR's directory in anti-virus scan list.

Both of mine have it excluded and haven't had any problems with lagging until recently.... Not sure if it Hearthstone or HearthRanger

i have this issue only on 1 machine out of 3. about 10 min after HR is running, the game would freeze for 3-4 seconds periodically.

On the issue of lag, it may have existed all the time.
This problem occurs when you run hr for some time.
I have observed the operation of hr and found that ram usage is not normal.
For example, if you press the show statistics button after running for a certain period of time,
Hr's ram usage will always increase!
Another example is when you run for a while, you press the stop button to play manually,
Hr's ram usage will also increase! (hr don't do anything ostensibly)

So ram usage is often exceeded on one of my low pcs (4gb ram) when I stop using ram page on hard disk.
(I have often tried to modify the limit of using RAM in HearthRanger.ini, but the problem still exists)
For a low pc, I would think that hr will continue to use virtual memory when ram usage exceeds.
So you will feel lag?

There may be other reasons leading to these problems
I restart my computer after HR running for some time always.(I can do it only)

All three of my computers have these problems, low pc lag obviously.

yes it was there before but very low lag, less than 1 sec. now the lag is 3-4 seconds in the lastest HR. As long as i dont run HR it's fine, but problem appears when HR starts

the pc having the issue does not have anti virus installed. whenever this happens i did notice hearthranger would go to 0% cpu usage like it's stalled.

I have this problem too, i thought it was just me.

BTW Hearthstone and bot folders are excluded / whitelisted by my AV, I also turned off my AV completely during it, but same problem.

would be amazing if you´d be at least say something like "we are currently working on this" instead of just ignoring the problem.
we all paid money for this service so at least try to get in contact with the community...

This issue mainly comes from user's computer environment, and we have already been started investigating it.

Have the same issue but only on one of my two computers.

Recently reinstalled the OS [win10x64] and the game on the machine with the issue, copied the HR folder from the other one. I already tried to reinstall HR by downloading the latest version instead of coping from the other system, but that didn't fix the issue. This was ~ two weeks ago.

After reading this thread now, i added HR's folder to Windows Defender's ignore list, but that didn't affect the issue either.
