Found a semi-fix for this, don't know why but whats causing all the laggyness are the log files created by the game, so basically I went to %localappdata% -> Blizzard -> Hearthstone, and made the Logs folder read only, but I had to do it read-only for the SYSTEM too, otherwise HS would continue to write the logs. Give it a try and say if it worked with you too.

I still haven't found a solution for this problem. The latest update haven't changed anything, both my pc and my notebook are affected.
Don't forget to use the thank you button on my first post in the dutchpowner's Meta Decks for Vision AI topic :))

Should I change it to write only or to read only?

i changed the folder to read only and no more log files are created, but still getting the lag.

I dont' think it's hearthstone related because it doesnt happen until hearthRanger is running.

The lag I am experiencing is basically Hearthstone "freezing" for 4-5 seconds with "(Not responding)" in the title

Such issue is mainly caused by your computer's environment, please check 'hearthstone game laggy' in google to find more clues.

Same problem. Bot is micro-freezing hearthstone and game is becoming laggy. When I shutdown bot, game stops lagging immediately.

The problem still exists although I have reinstalled Windows/Battle.net/Hearthstone/Hearthranger and all other necessary things on both my computers.

Solution: Disable Windows Defender
If you only use windows defender as Virus scanner that is.

Yes I am the proof... I use a laptop only for HR so that system don't need a virus scanner.
I'll post my old topic here one moment...
http://www.hearthranger....PIKES--Proof-Video.aspx

(If you only use Windows Defender as main antivirus)
Windows Defender is the cause of this Lag.
The real-Time scanner to be exact, disabling Real-Time Scanner removes the lag.
