Please make sure your computer's TCP/IP port 443 is not blocked , bot uses this port.

I think there is an issue with this release because now it seems the bot never replace any card on mulligan ?? Is that just me ?

Mine just keeps closing the program when it reaches mulligan screen.

Same here, The program close on mulligan screen at this line :

16:02:04:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromIdle
16:02:05:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromStartingHand

Windows 7 64

Version 1.5.1.0 works flawlessly

Update from 1.5.1.0 to 1.6.0.0 form the launcher and it works!

Can someone please help me? I don't understand this, it keeps closing on the mulligan and when it doesn't the bot does nothing, I'm using version 1.6.0.0 please reply fast I'm confused right now.

So my bot is set-up and everything looks as if it's fine until I press "Play Ranked" in Hearthstone. Then the bot freezes right as my card selection screen pops up :( Any fix?

read the problem above which was my problem. Tried redownloading the whole package, still doesn't work.

Here is my process:

1)Install RangerBot
2) Run Hearthstone
3) Run Bot
4) Edit information inside bot (account, deck, etc.) I do not edit Deck Rule File
5) Start Task
6) "Play Ranked" in Hearthstone

7) Now the game looks for a game and then the bot freezes at mulligan. ANy tips?

I'm investigating this issue.

Before new bot update comes out you can try to delete all mulligan rules in DeckRules_Default.xlsx, then select this file as deck rule file, maybe it can workaround it.

Hey I'm new to this bot, just downloaded it, I have a problem, here's what I've done so far.
1. Unzipped and ran as admin
2. Found my Hearthstone file on my computer and path'd the bot to it
3. Started the game client
4. In the bot settings I set casual/unranked play
5. Selected my deck name
6. DeckRules_Default
7. Put the account info in
8. Saved
9. Pressed play on bot
10. Problem
Now everything is working fine until I get in a game, here the bot doesn't mulligan.
The real issue is that the bot doesn't place the cards on the table, it just doesn't choose to play them.
The bot keeps saying "unknown game theme"

What do I do to actually get the bot to play the game?

I have the same problem, the bot does not work, until the game starts, it works fine but it just doesn't play any cards
