Once you've made the purchase, you should receive the monthly or annual bot activation code in your account inbox on the site. Well, it never will. It's a scam. I tried contacting the support email address for information on the subscription, but no one answers. Even to request a refund, you have to contact the app manufacturer via email, but no one will ever respond. This bot is dead, and so are its manufacturers. It's a SCAM.
