After the upgrade to 10.8.5 the bot log in, then it don't click the play button but restart the HS client over and over like as he cannot see the process running.

It Seems, looking at the log, that the bot is trying to connect to localhost but could not establish the connection

127.0.0.1:12260

I'm on the patch 13.2 of battle.net

Ps: even if I re-downloaded the bot and set it up as new, every time I launch the Launcher.exe it displays the "Update" button and if clicked it downloads the ./boot.dll

Looks like your anti-virus software blocks hearthranger, and removed ./boot.dll .
