Hi!

since about 6 days i have the problem that Hearthranger stops working after some time.. sometimes it lasts longer sometimes not so long..

the Program closes suddenly and nothing happens.. no error no warning nothing

My log shows this everytime before closing:

16:47:10:DEBUG::in game to idle 2
16:47:25:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromIdle
16:47:25:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromPlayInGame
16:47:25:INFO::signal timeout of memory restriction.
16:47:25:DEBUG::Send hsplay timeout !
16:47:25:DEBUG::calc CPUs force stopping.
16:47:25:INFO::botplayer is working..
16:47:25:DEBUG::in game to idle 7
16:47:26:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromIdle
16:47:26:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromPlayInGame
16:47:26:INFO::signal timeout of memory restriction.
16:47:26:DEBUG::Send hsplay timeout !
16:47:26:DEBUG::calc CPUs force stopping.
16:47:26:INFO::botplayer is working..
16:47:26:DEBUG::in game to idle 7
16:47:27:INFO::TransitStateMachineFromIdle

I tried to play with Thread counts and VICPU and everything else but nothing helps! It worked for MONTH without any problem on same PC

and its NOT about having a low end PC .. if you mind that.

it runs on and i7 hexacore 8th generation intel CPU with GTX 1060 graphics and 16GB RAM!

maybe someone can help! thanks

Try to re-download the full package, maybe the exe file is broken.

Can you try running it with the default settings and not use settings for thread counts and VICPU?

tried now to reinstall the bot.. tried everything.. setting normal condition so not edited the ini file with other settings... bot still crashes...

following occours

"signal timeout of memory restriction"

thats what the log says.. lots of this messages in the log until the bot shuts down itself....

but i have enough RAM 16GB only 4,5 GB used..

maybe a coder can help from here?

Thanks

No, a message like 16:47:25:INFO::signal timeout of memory restriction could mean anything. Could be something in Windows itself, hardware failure, HearthRanger or another program interfering.

It takes a lot of time to pinpoint the error. Start with a clean install of Windows followed by HearthStone and HearthRanger.
