Hey,
I come here to report that my hearthranger bot dont want update automate to v9.7.6.0 "launcher dont work".
Someone can tell how to fix this.

Launcher.exe uses http port 81, ensure your firewall doesn't block it.
Or you can just re-download the full package, it's always the latest one, then you can start Hearthranger.exe directly.
