HSBOT doesn't press " play " button anymore

Hi it always working well, today i have seen this problem with every deck i use, also in basic deck

when i press play this happens :



and it goes in loop forever

do you know how?
i think it cant find the play button ( but just my thought )
help pls :)
( already tried to reinstall, same error )

another error when i try to run ranked game



if i play ranked button manually it works

It is fixed with v. 2.9.5.0

same here guys this started like 20mins ago i think the new patch is to blame. it was working fine until i closed the game and the patch was applied..

21:10:46:INFO::ClickOnText - GLUE_TOURNAMENT_CASUAL ret=True

i think it was saying something else before no tournament, maybe blizz changed something?

You can change the game language to another language and it will work. Ex: Spanish language works as usual

Yoin I've tried to switch to over 3-5 different languages: russian, spanish Eu, etc when I have switched the hearthstone language the bot doesn't even recognize to hit the play button before i was getting the same error as this guys where the bot was looping at saying Glue_tournament_casual ret=true, I can click on ranked and another random deck and the bot will select the casual icon and the deck that i have it to set to but then it will idle and play that loop error with the mouse icon constantly clicking on nothing just wherever the mouse cursor is.

yes the problem started after the undertaker patch was installed. i have also tried a few languages spannish included but it doesn't work.. i changed the hs language also the battlenet language.. i dont know how to change the Hr language if that has to be done as well..

It works for ranked play, but for casual it doesn't.. you have to click play on your own

doesnt play ranked or casual for me only practice works havent tried arena

The file is client.config in your Hearthstone installation directory.
Added this info to the post you found.
