i pretty much never want to attack with Atiesh. How can i adjust this card so that it won't attack with it?

You can write weapon card's .json file with [BeforePhysicalAttackBonus] keyword to control its attack behavior.
But in current version, there is a bug in weapon card's [BeforePhysicalAttackBonus] keyword parser, it'll be fixed in next update.
Before that you can adjust this card behavior through hero's [BeforePhysicalAttackBonus] behavior in .json file.
