After the HS update, HR's mouse movement is extremely laggy.
I tried to modify mouse move speed in HR but that doesn't help.
Though I'm running on a laptop, specs shouldn't really be an issue, and this has never happened before.
Specs:
i7-4900MQ @ 4.20
32G DDR3 1600
GTX 780M SLI OC
Will also try on my desktop to see if it's my problem.

Do not use full screen mode in game, use windowed mode will solve it.

It is on windowed mode.
Delete the entire HR folder then redownload it, problem solved.
Still not sure what causes it.
