This originally happened after I decided to try the new version of HR. I have been using the old version with sepe's SF (do people still use sepe's SF or do they use the HR one?)

So upon deleting HR all-together and reinstalling it with the new one, I managed to start getting this error. So I tried to go back to where I was -- downloaded the older version of HR, sepe's SF and running it (thats why you see the please upgrade in the pic) and still the same error.

What is going on? I was thinking it's not getting unblocked or something but I run the init helper in admin and do the unblock all; when going to properties on boot.dll I dont even see an unblock/block (maybe because of the init helper?)

Anyone encounter this issue and know the fix?

Please ensure to run Hearthranger.exe as administrator.

And also ensure your Windows logon account is in administrator group too.
