After the recent game and bot update I continue getting the "internal bot error. Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message. I completely deleted the Hearthranger directory and installed it again.
No improvements, happens in every game.
System Win10, thank you upfront for your support guys.

same thing is happening to me i just downloaded it. it said that error code and stops playing the game for me just doesnt do anything else and i dont have silverfish.

You need to update to latest version.
It will be more helpful if you can post a game's screenshot when it happens.

The error still occurs when you or the other player have other cards than the basic set.

Still having the same error message, also with the latest update and with different chars and decks(where before the patch same decks worked flawlessly).

joyadmin, i had a problem. Hearthstone keep saying my hearthstone is not active thereby it shut down by itself. can u help pls?

i had all the cards in the game, i'm so scared i get ban by hearthstone for botting. but i only had 2 more golden portrait to farm.. i am so scared that my botting is always stopping by itself..

I'm pretty sure it's a little different than the OP but that I had a similar problem to yours yesterday. IIRC my game got DC'd so I restarted it and then restarted the bot (HR doesn't seem to be able to connect if it starts first anymore), but HR kept stopping immediately. I ended up fixing it by just restarting the game and then the bot again.

So, I looked at the card viewer in hearthranger.
For example my druid deck:

Innervate × 2
Living Roots × 2
Darnassus Aspirant × 1
Wild Growth × 2
Wrath × 2
Klaxxi Amber-Weaver × 1
Mire Keeper × 1
Swipe × 2
Dark Arakkoa × 2
Ironbark Protector × 2
Beckoner of Evil × 2
Squirming Tentacle × 2
Twilight Elder × 2
C'Thun's Chosen × 2
Azure Drake × 2
Twin Emperor Vek'lor × 1
North Sea Kraken × 1
C'Thun × 1
[/DECK]
The Highlighted cards show up as 0 Label in card viewer. So Hearthstone does not recognize them. Basically anything from Whispers of the Old Gods and The Grand Tournament is not recognized. Which would explain why we would get a internal bot error: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.
But the bot is updated to whispers, correct?
There must be something else that we are missing.
Bot is currently updated to version 5.7.7.0

Upon further investigation, the folder in card images has no images of cards from the grand tournament and Whispers of the old gods.

So I finally was able to fix my problem for now. I deleted my hearthranger and downloaded it fresh, but installed it in my hearthstone directory.
Not sure which part of that worked, but now the bot is working fine now.
Try it if your having trouble.
