hi, with new update (v.4.9.4.0 ) i have this problem:  my net.framework versione is 4.5.

No idea how to fix this, I'm currently running an earlier release of HR and it works after I got the same problem as your having.

Please select deck rule file in daily quest panel , this is caused by blank selection in daily quest deck rule list.
