Can you paste your deck card list?
Turn silverfish off can solve it.

Also i get a very big loosestreak now because every game the bot tries to do a slam, keeps picking it up but then fails to target enemy minion, repeat till rope... How to solve this? - never had this before

This issue have been fixed, update to latest v.4.7.2.0 can solve it.

Joy, the issue is still not fixed. I sat in front of the bot and HS window while it was playing a match. It played perfectly till turn 7 or 8, then it just keeps giving the TransitMachineFromIdle error..

I played the almost the same deck for a long time, will fix it if I can re-generate the issue your reported.
