wow after blizzcon i've been getting wrecked playing myself i cant get past rank 5 right now and well the bot just plain sucks way too many people are hyped from blizzcon lol

My bot went 18-14 yesterday while blizzconn was going on.
Bot went back from 14-18 today in the wake of post-blizzconn =(

I'm running a no legendary/epic (aside from loatheb) Mech-mage that's currently at 47% win rate (rank 14/15), using control IA (silverfish).
It has a lot of potential but sadly it missplays a lot (I've been watching it playing).

I got it to rank 7 last season, I'm not that good player, so I believe it's pretty decent performance for a bot.



I believe the bot would do a lot better with easier cards to play with (more mechs+dr boom instead of wyrms/portals).

Yeah it's decent... I'll try to play with my own mulligan rules or adjust it to have a less skill-based moves.
Right now it's at 88-99 (47.1%), at 14/3 (stable 14~16).

I believe it has rank 10~5 potential with better cards.

I'm planning to tweak it so it's a lot less skill based and check the results:

-2 portals

+1 dr boom
+1 snowchugger
+1 yeti

Me stuck on 10/9/8 for a week with secretdin but always change things because cant climb, sometimes midrange, sometimes aggro rush but nothing work to pass 8

Now testing facewarrior but need to do settings, mulligan and combo

I watched it play a lot.. it's VERY stupid with mana wyrms and spare parts (gotta use with wyrm), even with combo file somewhat edited..
Gotta remove the wyrms/portals and add more mechs or other cards I think..

I was using silver.dll that game with the bot.. now I re-installed the one from silverfish thread (http://www.hearthranger.com/forum/yaf_postst4707_silverfish-update.aspx).. external silver.exe window is working and the bot is getting STOMPED.. I'm not sure if it's bad luck or it's just because now its using external silver.exe, im a bit mindfucked now.

It's at stable rank 13 for me, around 48% win, it's nothat good yes it seems :(
It had 66% win when I was without silver.exe external process and only silver.dll AI, maybe it was pure luck.

My advice, if u wanna play this mechmage u need antonidas (MUST card) and u pick one, harvest golen or spider tank, dont pick both

> Mana Wyrm × 2
> Frostbolt × 2
> Unstable Portal × 2
> Snowchugger × 2
> Fireball × 2
> Goblin Blastmage × 2
> Archmage Antonidas × 1

> Clockwork Gnome × 2 1
> Cogmaster × 2 1
> Annoy-o-Tron × 2 2
> Mechwarper × 2 2
> Spider Tank × 2 3
> Tinkertown Technician × 2
> Piloted Shredder × 2
> Loatheb × 1
> Dr. Boom × 1

Last card, Clockwork Knight, Tohsley, Sylvannas or Rhonin, your choose (I like Kezan because freeze mage and Face Hunter RiP)

The other version of mechmage is:

-2 Mana Wyrm
-2 Unstable portals
+2 Mad Scientist
+2 Mirror Entity

Sometimes manawyrms and portals wins games, but normally people focus hard like knife juggler

the season is finally weak enough to where the bot can play secretdin to rank 5 again ^^ im using strifecros new secretdin and am holding pretty strong at ranks 8-4 using the bot
