So when i open hearthranger it tells me to execute game file path, so when i do that it says file path error, im not sure why its saying that, could you perhaps tell mewhat i have done wrong please?

Can you paste your file path here?

If you installed game to a system directory (like C:\Program Files (x86)), make sure HR has right to access them.
