Like the title says the bots "face" behavior doesn't go full face, to be honest I can not really tell the difference between any of the behaviors, but it definably doesn't go fully to the face which I had figured was the point.

Is this an error on my part?

'Face' behavior has much higher gain value for 'attacking hero', and other related parameters which make bot more likely to attack hero directly.

Even in this behavior mode, bot a.i. still needs to calculate to get best output instead of going to face without brain.

And I recommend you to run DEBUG mode once, ensure bot can load excel deckrule file correctly.

I see, that does make sense, but again it still kind of defeats the purpose.

There are really only two instances a face deck should not go face A) if there are taunts in the way or B) to stop your opponent from doing lethal damage.

any other calculations will usually render the deck useless.

On another note I have noticed with the control rules, the bot often will pass the turn even tho the opponent clearly has lethal on the board instead of trying to stop them at all.

If you just want a simple 'face' bot without deep calculation, you can homebrew your own bot, like silverfish a.i., but it's much easier, if you know how to program in c#.
