I have issues with the bot taking forever to make choices, I had checked it out and found people said to lower the amount of time it takes to make choices, so I did and it was little improvement, I just accepted it as shit I had to deal with after that until I had an issue with wow, I used the following steps "

"Closed the Agent from task manager.
Deleted the c:\programdata battle.net and blizzard entertainment folders.
Deleted the Battle.net from c:\program files (the whole folder)
Used msconfig dnsflush stuff regularly.
Installed the new battle.net.
Started the battle.net, it wanted to set my wow folder, set it.
Then it magically started to download."

Now It surprised and filled me with joy to see this made Hearthranger fucking rock, on default settings it was making choices so fast it was awesome. It however tapers off until after a few months it's back to being sluggish and frustrating.

can anyone tell me why this is? and how do I get that same fix targeting just hearthstone and not all battle.net titles, it seems to fuck with HoTS doing that at the moment.
