So pretty much the deal is that Hearthranger keeps going to Naxxramas/Solo when I put the settings on ranked and casual play. I have no idea why this is happening and I'd like to know how I can fix it. Please help.

Can you change your game language to English and try again?

You can try to set the game language to another language that you can read. Just for test.
