Hello!
I wanted to bot the account for a friend to level 60 with the hearhranger bot. We thought it wouldn't be a problem, but the account was banned because of a change in the access behavior of battlenet. He had to identify hisself with the phonenumber and gave me the code to log in. In the end it was no problem.

But if I sell the leveling service online, it wouldn't be great if I had to do this every time. Is it normal that accounts are banned due to a change in access behavior or what's the problem and how can it be solved?

uh duh, if a different computer with a totally different IP suddenly access the account, it will be auto-locked for safety. This is not related to bot, just blizzard detecting different computer...

Had the same problem, but fixed it with posting a code that blizzard emailed me. This may fix ur future problems tho : https://play.google.com/...m.blizzard.bma&hl=bg
