It`s already very human-like with hovering over cards on the board and cards in hand.
There is also grabbing cards and letting them go (simulating the thought process of a human player), arrows are there and emotes too...can`t think of a lot more to be honest...maybe the timing between attacks should be shorter since this is kind of suspicious if there is a certain delay between each attack.

I don`t think this could lead to a ban through reports from other players since Blizzard can`t ban people just because the take one second between each attack.
