What does it mean by DeckRules_Sample_Warlock_ZOO.xlsx Does it mean if I am playing a warlock zoo deck I set the deck rule that?
And the deck rule default is for any other deck.

Sorry bad question but is the rate of ban very low?

DeckRules_Sample_Warlock_ZOO.xlsx is a sample deck with properly set rules, setup a warlock deck as sample shows, then select this deck and choose the rule file as this one, then bot can works very well.
