Non vi è al 100% sicuro bot, ma non vi è alcun divieto di qualsiasi bot hearhthstone, poiché bot non ci vorrà molto vantaggio in questo gioco.

its allways possible to get banned from a game usinung third party tools!

since the bot its not final it has bugs this is normal.
if you leave your pc alone botting hs and the bot do some errors other (real players) can see this errors.. like not throw out a card correctly like "the coin".
if these real players report you, maybe blizzard has to ban you .

later when the bot reach final state i think then its harder to ban people cuz its hard to get for blizzard if someone use a bot or not.
Blizzard could add a tool to the game which check if a third party tool is using the memory sections of hs.
like gameguard, xtrap or other anti cheat tools on other games..
