Add an exclusion to Windows Security
If you trust an item (file, file type, folder, or process) that Windows Defender has detected as malware, you can add the item to the exclusion list.
Caution: Only do this for files that you are confident are safe.
Adding an exclusion for an unsafe program could put your systems and data at increased risk.

Select Start and open Settings
Under Privacy and security, select the option Virus and threat protection.
Under Virus and threat protection setting select
Manage settings
and then under Exclusions
Add or remove exclusions.
Select Add exclusion, and then select Files, Folders, File Types, or Process.
Excluding a folder also applies to all subfolders within the folder.
