the admin updated the bot already. Since few hours the bot is working again. no problems so far. maybe you need to update ur bot? which version do you have? the newest is 14.9.9.0

Has anyone actually solved this problem? I don't know what is going on with my install. I downloaded 15.0.0.0, but the bot keeps telling me there is an update available whenever I start it and it won't connect to the Hearthstone app. I'm feeling pretty foolish for buying a subscription.

You can start Hearthranger.exe directly, no need to care about update if it works.
