Hello good. I haven't been able to use the bot for 3 weeks due to the error "Failed to connect bot server to retrieve card data." I've reinstalled, updated, made sure it has an exception in windows defender, tried a VPN, and nothing I try works.

Is there anything I can do to make it work? Thanks in advance.
