Hello,

I have the problem that the bot is sometimes "roping" - So his calculation is to slow and he can not finish his turn in time.
My computer is should be fast enough and I think the bot dos not use the whole CPU,RAM (Ryzen 9 3900X 12-cores, 64GB Ram, m2 ...) the internet is also quiet ok.

Is there a way to speed up the calculations by using more computer power?

I opend the file HearthRanger.ini but I can't find those [VICPU] or [Bot] MaxMemoeryUsage configuration. Did the settings changed?

I found only this settings in the "HearthRanger.ini" file:

[INTERNAL]
HRServerCurrentWorkingPort=14400

[BOT]
DisableDownloadingCardImage=true

[STARTUP]
WindowLeft=1356
WindowTop=641
WindowWidth=500
WindowHeight=440
WindowStayOnTop=False

[TASK_LOG_WINDOW]
HearthRanger - Bot for Hearthstone=Max

[TASK_LOG_WINDOW_INDEX]
HearthRanger - Bot for Hearthstone=0

[RESTART]
GameWindowLeft=0
GameWindowTop=0
GameWindowWidth=956
GameWindowHeight=744

[BATTLENET]
BattleNetAppPathCached=C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net.exe

Not sure if this is the solution for your problem. The proposed solution speeds up the calculation by decreasing the quality of the calculation by quite a lot.
When does the bot rope, only when the entire board is filled with minions?

Don't forget to use the thank you button on my first post in the dutchpowner's Meta Decks for Vision AI topic :))

Thanks for your and Joy's respond.

I have already increased the values a little but have not reached the optimal values. But if you have a tip for me, of course I would be happy.

Same problem here, and yes most times when the board is filled with minions.

I assume you have the same problem as me.
According to my task manager, the cpu capacity is still expandable. I'm peaking my cpu at about 45-55% most of the time and I don't get a rope with these settings.
In my experience roping is also different from deck to deck if you are really looking for the sweetspot of your cpu you have to try different settings

Deck from dutchpowner: dragon_hunter

[VICPU]
CPUNumber = 8
ThreadPerCPU = 16
CriticalWaitTime = 3000
CalcMaxDepth = 6

[BOT]
MaxMemoryUsage = 10240 // actually the bot is very frugal with MaxMemoryUsage
AlwaysSyncBoard = true
