Where are the initial card values coming from?

Hey guys,

I am looking into writing some custom rules for new deck but I have some questions.

1. Where are the default card values coming from>?
2. is the +/- from value of a card if you want it played under a condition arbitrary eg dont play this card if Foo -100 value compared to -10
3. When creating your deck list text file can you do this through Ranger so you wont have to input all the card ID numbers at the bottom of the file?

If anyone with some expertise could let me know that would be great I am looking forward to working on some decks.

1. default card values comes from GlobalValues.json

2. Read vision a.i. help file please.

3. There is button of [Copy Deck Card Names] in [Card Viewer] panel.
In card review debugger, you can right click any card to get its card id too.
