Hey. I have 18 days left on my bot licence validity and purchased another 1 month to extend this period, however on the bot and on the site it still shows 18 days even after purchase.
Can you please advise? Thanks.
Edit: I see that the 1 month has a separate licence number. Am I able to combine this and effectively have 1 month + 18 days on my licence currently in use? I thought it would detect my current licence and extend it. Cheers.
