A new error appeared with my Bot. It starts with:
hr server use local port 14400

and when I try to start the Bot:
preparing vision ai data...
vision card data load error:
lost connection with bot server.

how to fix it?

This issue is caused by network routing, use VPN may solve it.

We will try to provide better solution in the near future.

already tried with VPN and doesn't solve the problem.

I have the same problem. I tried VPN, redownload, open ports... Nothing works. What more should I try?
