Try to delete boot.dll under HR directory then update again.

Or you can re-download the full package.

I tried a fresh install on two laptops.
I removed hR using revo so no remaining registry entries exist for HR. Then Reinstalled HR from scratch.
the system gets stuck on start using HR.

removed boot.dll per your instructions same result.
The bot is broken.

firewall or defender problem?
Did you check your security settings that HR is excluded ?

I think issue is with importing decks. If you already have some config it works fine but if you try to edit your config you can't get connection for bot to get the decks and it just get stuck in loop even if you pick play random deck

I have this happen with antivirus autodeleting the .dll file when it is downloaded.

AVG, windows defender and norton all detect it as a virus and delete it.

I had to hard code that file as one not to delete. Google will tell you what to do.

Bot works fine.

There is no file deleted on my end it's not related to that. Btw I don't suggest bot is broken but as a software developer I can't find the issue. It could be a lot of things but I don't think I am running it wrong config or something mess with it. My issue might be related it to being triple monitor setup or whatever else but there is something.
