Can't fully update bot evertime I start it it makes an update. Also bot is not working.

Option:

you can delete the BOT folder and download and
reinstall again! You won't be asking to update!

Are you using Windows Defender? It might be that whenever you update the bot, the boot.dll file is removed by your anti-virus.
