HR not working after today's update? EDIT

EDIT: It is working now, just needed to update and/or reinstall

Hey gents, I'm sure this is common and will be resolved shortly, but it appears as if the bot is no longer working for me after today's patch. Anyone else have the same issue? Or is there anyone that still has their's working and can provide any insight? The bot just constantly says "waiting" and takes no actions for me now. Side note, just purchased a 6 month license to the bot yesterday so I would be tickled pink if this could be resolved shortly :P

Yes, we need to wait for a fix. Most of the time it's fixed in a short time.

Thank you sir! Do you happen to know about how long it typically takes to update after patches? It kind of sucks that I just purchased the bot yesterday and now it no longer works. Hoping for some good news.

Usually I start the bot and already see notification about an update. I guess we'll get the patch within a day.

Hello all, I have encountered an error where it says it has a "vision card data load error: and that it "cannot connect to the server in order retrieve card data." If anyone could provide some advice or insight it'd be much appreciated

Try this (with Windows 10 and I imagine you are using Windows 10 with the built-in anti virus):

1. Exclude the Windows Download Directory (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-exclude-files-and-folders-windows-defender-antivirus-scans)

2. Exclude your own HearthRanger Directory

3. Download HearthRanger in the Download Directory and move the files from there (unzip/unrar) to your HearthRanger Directory.

4. You are clear to go! (run the program as Administrator by right-clicking)
