I propose you to discover Hearthstone Deck Tracker, a small and useful management software of yours decks and statistics for Hearthstone.

This tool among others to import decks from Hearthstone-Decks and transfer them directly to the game, or store them for use later. Also, the software collects data from your games with each deck to establish many statistics allowing you to easily analyze your games.

Whether to sync your decks between multiple computers, to have online backup for your data or just to contribute to HearthStats monthly reports:

- Sync all your constructed decks and matches with HearthStats
- Automatically upload new arena runs and matches.

Features:

- Tracks statistics using image recognition (no memory/packet sniffing).
- Track your and opponent heroes, wins, losses, decks, the coin, etc.
- Can capture windowed & full-screen mode.
- Manage your decks, name your decks and keep a history of old decks.
- Take screenshots of your decks and arena decks.
- Filter on date, hero, game-mode and deck and see a breakdown of stats.
- Search games and arenas by text (e.g. class name / notes field / etc.)
- Multi-server support (EU, NA, CN, etc.)
- Low cpu & memory usage (avg. 2-4% / 170mb)
- Very slick & intuitive interface.
- Import decks (from Web, ID, File, Last Game...)
- Export decks (to game, XML, Screenshots...)
- And more features !

Thank you about it, it seems to be very interested and as it says on the website Blizzard is OK with that!
I'll try it this week and may be let a feedback here about it.

Been using this tool for about 6 months. It has grown a lot over that time and it one of the most comprehensive tools out there for this kind of thing.
However there is one thing i want to point out. Do not leave it open while hearthstone is not running as it will cause lag spikes on your PC.
