Hello Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same experience as me. I have what I would consider a "fast" computer for purposes of running HearthRanger (if no one agrees with that supposition, then I guess that solves my problem): 6 core ryzen 1600x overclocked to 3.9 GHz, 8gb of 2333 MHz RAM (and a 1050Ti, but I don't think that has anything to do with how HearthRanger runs... although it may be relevant to game lag, perhaps). You know, it's not a beast of a PC by any means, but Hearthranger appears to be performing worse than on my old 4 core i5-4600k setup.

I've investigated this solution: https://www.hearthpwn.co...ution-for-lagging-hs-pc but it doesn't seem to help. The game doesn't lag initially, but will start to after a few rounds, until it is so slow that the bot can't make its moves in time.

I've also considered this: http://www.hearthranger....n_low_spec_computer.htm but I don't think that my computer would qualify as "low spec," so I'm reluctant to try any of those recommendations without seeing if I'm missing anything first.

So, anyone have any suggestions? Am I just wrong and my computer is low-spec? Is it a Ryzen issue? Anyone else have any luck with the lag?

Thanks in advance.

Such issue may come from game itself.

Can you try this solution?

Remember to set FPS rate a smaller value like:

targetframerate=60
showfps=True
vsync=0

Hi JoyAdmin. Thank you for the suggestion. That helped a bit, but the computer still struggles. Maybe it just isn't "fast" enough, all evidence to the contrary. I appreciate your efforts though. Thank you for taking the time to help and for the time you spend keeping the bot up to date.
