Problems with the new Hearthstone update

Hi, when I update HS with the last update I have a lot of problems works very slow and HR winrate decrease a lot. My computer have a HD4000 graphics but with the bot some times I finish the month in rank 5.

Please help me.

Please anyone have the same problem? Anyone can help me? When I stay a while I cant play HS. I need help.

Thanks Joy I try a lot of things but it is a very extrange problem at the beginning the game works perfect but when I play some matchups the game start with little fps drops and finally I can play any card, I need delete hearthstone appdata for play again.

If you haven't already, try updating your graphics drivers and making sure you have all the latest windows updates

We have already made some possible fixes in v.9.8.8.0, but not sure it's really related or not, you can give it a try.

Works little better but I still have lag. I dont know why, but when I have lag I need restart the game because the bot still play, but cant use any card and I lost all the mutchups. Thanks for your help Joy.

Finally I fix the problem. If someone has the same problem that I have had, the only thing that needs to be done is to eliminate or degrade windows defender. I remove all windows bloatware and I try bot one week and I dont see any problems. Thanks Joy for your work.
