No, there is no account switcher. Even then, 24 hrs/day gives you not enough time to earn 100g for each account I think.

Depends on winrate. My budget mage deck averages 90% in casual (auto-concede after win). With that it may be possible. Sounds like OP is farming to eventually sell the accounts, in which case it might be worth it to get multiple codes so he can do 2 accounts at once.
