Running 9.8.3 as admin, ran initial setup as admin.
Bot won't start and keeps telling me to start the game. The game is running and the bot is able to hide the game window.

Did some research myself and discovered that this seems to be a common problem with applications using the .NET framework.
It has something to do with your CurrentCulture.
In short: the bot will work if you make sure your Windows 10 language (maybe the region as well) is set to US.

This issue comes from SharpZipLib, it will be fixed in next update with latest ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll. https://github.com/icsharpcode/SharpZipLib
On Ukranian and Hindu systems, old version of this [ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll] reported this issue.
