i did a mulligan once for quest rogue.
imo it won't play it perfect but it can play it.
edit:
Joy, how come vision AI can't play quest rogue correctly?? Will it eventually be able to play it correctly?

so, why whatever quest the games offers me, even if no quest involves rogues, the bot ALWAYS KEEPS CHOSING THE ROGUE DECK?
I updated the bot before playing but it keeps selecting rogue deck!!

let me give this rogue quest a try on rank...lets see how it fairs....ill let you know the result...ill run it for 30 games maybe
