1. Set the game's graphics to low and your resolution to max (higher resolutions use less cpu).

2. Go to task manager. Click the details tab. Set silverfish.exe priority to realtime or high (doing this will lag your computer like a bitch) so only do it if you aren't using it. Set Hearthstone priority to low. Set Hearthstone affinity to core 1 only. Set Hearthranger priority to low. Set Hearthranger affinity to core 2 only.

3. Set your mouse speed to the max in bot control options in hearthranger. This will help it rope less and thus, allow you to run higher calculations.

I also found that with the new streaming options from the last few Battlenet updates I had to deactivate the DVRbroadcast service on my windows box as it was having a dramatic impact on performance. Once I did I've had practically no issues. (Previously it was almost unusable)
