Silver.dll wont appear on the Bot Options

I already placed the silverfish files in the right directory (.../HearthRanger /ExternBot/ silverfish ) , but i still cant select the Silver,dll in the Bot Options. It wont appear :(
What can i do ?

You probably forgot to unblock the files (or disable smartscreen).

I already unblocked, but how do i disable the smartscreen ?
