windows server 2016 TP3
Launcher and login is OK, but always 'transitStateMachineFromOffline' when pressed 'start task'.
In 'edit task', I find the deck is not loaded.
Anyone would help?

Please check our FAQ first, it's a common issue which is caused by bot has no right to access game's process.
You need to run hearthranger.exe as administrator.
