Having connection troubles with 2 licenses on 1 account

I've got 2 licenses registered to my bot account. I'm now running 2 bots simultaneously (each on seperate PCs). Both bots have been having connection troubles to the bot server though where previously with just 1 bot everything was fine.

Does this have anything to do with running 2 bots from 1 account?
Running 1 of them through a VPN made no difference.

I recommend you to run 2 different bot accounts on two different game accounts at the same time.

I just set your bot account to support 2 sessions simultaneously, I still recommend you to register another new bot account so I can move one of the sessions to your new bot account.

After you registered the new bot account, please PM to me with its name.

Hey,
I have the same problem. I am trying to farm gold on 2 accounts for the new pack but when I am logged in with 2 HS accounts they sometimes stop.
Could I create a second Hearthranger account and message you the name of it?

you can use VMware to run multi hearthstone games, and in each VMware instance, you can use different hearthranger bot account on each game client.

There is no multi session account available, so you need to buy 2 lifetime/monthly license and register the license code to each HR bot account.

Or you can stick with free version of HR, but you still need 2 different bot account.
