I released a possible bug fix with v.5.5.1.0.
If this issue still exists in v.5.5.10, please report it here.

This problem still persists with v5.5.1.0. I believe that this affects only minions that come into play. (maybe spells too)
The bot will target the upper left corner first and after that his real target. (For example when using battlecries such as silence, +2 attack etc)
