If it's the first time to run hearthranger, please make sure you have unblock all dll/exe files under HR's folder, and run hearthranger.exe as administrator.

I have a problem. help me. when I click start I says login failed:ERR_FAIL. what do I do if the username and password I entered the correct

aye, i met the same problem. two computers, windows 10 64bit.

the first computer works fine, i copied hearthstone and hr to the other computer, this problem keeps coming.. I also tried to reinstall hr, but it did not change anything.

Can you try to close UAC (user access control) in Windows?

It wont work.

However, I do find a way that may fix this problem, that is using The Administrator (open control panel , computer management, user, enable Administrator account, this account usually is disabled) account.

Yes you can give it a try if you can run with a real administrator account.

Such issue usually is related with privilege settings.

I actually have a similar problem as OP. The bot will run fine for a few hours then suddenly just gives "TransitStateMachineFromOffline", not playing anymore cards. I've been running as an admin, and I used the bot for a while before this started so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm using silverfish if that would affect anything.
