new patch v.4.7.0.0 freeze?

In patch 4.7.0.0 I cannot open the Auto Deck Loader, it freezes the bot.

After bot program start up, wait 10-20 seconds for it to load data from bot server.

If your internet speed is well enough usually it takes 2-4 seconds to complete.
