Hi, I have a problem here.
Me and my brother use HR, he uses at morning and I during evening.
But since the free beta has closed, he can play the 4h normally, and when I start HR it stops after 3 or 4 minutes.
HS starts normally to me, I can change the settings, initialize it, start a match... and after 3 or 4 minutes it shows that error:

That happens every time I try to use HR, and it's totaly different of how the bot reacts when my brother's 4h has ended.

Obs.: We use different accounts, but still showing me that message
"Lost rush4x server connection, please check bot remain time."

I'd like to buy HR, but I only recieve my payment on 5th day of the month so... it's 15 days that I don't have money to buy it.
Someone can help me?

Yes, we both use it at home, but I already tried to reset my modem to change the IP, but it don't works.
I thought that could be something about my MAC address, but I chanded from wifi to cable (that have different MAC), and still not working.
I tried to install another copy of HR. Download it again. Download a previous version and update it. I tried to start HR in so many different compatibility modes. I also tried to change the bot's A.I. but nothing worked.

We use different accounts.
I'm playing right now, later my brother will play and we'll see if that error occurs to him too.

The problem started to him too. He need to keep watching and restarting the bot every 3 or 4 minutes.
Can anyone solve this, please?

Do you and your brother use the same Hearthstone account? That will also cap at 4 hours if you do.

You need 2 different bot accounts being used on 2 different hearthstone accounts, but its fine if they are using the same computer.
