When I log into the bot everything works perfectly (AMAZING program, by the way!) just as it should. However, when I switch to arena mode it always gets stuck at the screen where you first enter the arena and purchase the gold to play, and loops there saying "purchasing gold failed" or some sort, but I know it's not on my end. What I'm confused about is that I have over 9k gold, so that's not the issue. Also, before posting on this forum I uninstalled and reinstalled everything to make sure it wasn't something I screwed up. After a clean install, still nothing. Any ideas what's going on?

**EDIT** I'm not sure how to attach an image, so I'm going to manually write what the bot window says:

3:16:53 PM: waiting...
3:16:54 PM: waiting...
3:16:55 PM: TransitStateMachineFromIdle
3:16:56 PM: TransitStateMachineFromArenaPurchaseShop
3:16:57 PM: waiting...
3:16:58 PM: waiting...
3:16:59 PM: click buy ticket by gold.


And after that it waits about 30-60 seconds and says "failed to buy gold" and starts the loop again. I'm not sure why this is happening??

In my original post I said I have over 9,200 gold, so I'm not sure what the issue is? :-/

Just run everything with administrator priviledge especially during the HR setup while it asking to unlock dll and stuff. Working like a charm to me

I had already done that, and the bot works fine. It's just the arena option that is messing up for no reason?

Make sure to download the latest silverfish here in the forum and flag external bot as silver.dll in the bot configuration. restart HR and try again

I've already done that as well, when I did a fresh install of everything. I'm not sure what the problem is. I redownloaded both the HR client and Silverfish... The bot itself is working, it's only the arena option that's messing up. Any other ideas???

First Silver as nothing related with Arena ticket so focus on HR.

When you click manually to buy a ticket and then launch HR, that's work or not ?

What settings are you using in HR for Arena mode ?

When I click manually HR will work as usual, it just cannot click it and therefor cannot continuously bot arena.

I'm not sure what settings you mean for HR arena mode, do you mean character selection? There are no other settings for arena as far as I'm aware.

Ok, i don't see why you can't buy ticket with HR...

Do you play in window mode ? Try with default A.I. and not with Silver ?

Perhaps you will must wait the help from JoyAdmin.

Weird, right??? I do indeed always play in window mode. I haven't tried with default AI yet though, not sure if it'll make a difference or not.

I hope JoyAdmin will shed some light, he is incredibly helpful on everything else so I'm hoping he could offer some advice.

Either way you'd think completely uninstalling and deleting all files then reinstalling everything from scratch would help, right? I can't understand why that doesn't work?

The bug is fixed, however a bigger one is now present: arena option is not working at all. It will now click to buy the gold, but that's it. It will no longer select a hero, but it can still calculate the turns when you manually play it in arena mode. What I mean by this is when you set it to arena mode, it will select arena option from the main menu and then purchase the 150 gold but then stop. However, if you manually select a character and start the game, it will automatically calculate and play the cards as usual, with one big problem: it can't end the turn, or start a new round. It can only calculate the turns and play the cards, and that's it.

The newest update fixed the first problem that was persistent for awhile, but now the arena option is useless - for now! I'm more than certain that you're able to fix this issue as well, the community support and administration is outstanding here!

I just wanted to make sure this issue/bug/problem was brought to your attention so that you could fix it!

I have double checked arena playing from buying ticket to draft until playing, now it works without problems.

If you're using silverfish, please turn it off in arena, currently it maybe still buggie with some new LOE cards.
