Me too, it's impossible to finish a match today, someone help me

Edit.:
My internet is OK, I tested at my office and now I'm home. I tried infinite settings, but the problem persists.
I think that could be something about the end of beta test and the 4 hours to free members, but I used hearthranger (tried) during an hour at most.

After 4 hours free time is over, bot will disconnect from bot server, you can come back to use it free tomorrow or buy a bot license.

But I didn't played 4h, that was the first time I started the bot. And like the other guy said in another topic, when the 4h is over you can't even start a match with bot, and it starts normally to me... after around 1 or 2 minutes it shows the error like the image that I sent.
