So I was thinking maybe we could make some sort of a standardised form for people to fill out when reporting their successes?

Like,

Deck, specific:
External AI used y/n:
Settings and datasets used (settings.txt, _combo.txt and _mulligan.txt):
Number of games played:
What levels was being botted at (ex. r12->r9):
Date played:
What time of day played (morning/day/evening/night NO SPECIFIC CLOCKS)
Time played (only total hours NO SPECIFIC MINUTES):
Timezone, +/- CET:
Measured winrate, percentage:

Potential screenshots (put in spoilers, cover anything identifiable):

Potential logs(put in spoilers):

Other input/comments:

what do you think? Could this perhaps decrease the "wild goosechase"-syndrome with HS decks? Would we get more participation when people know what we want and need? Am I missing something from that form, in that case?

Best,

At what time the deck is played tells allot too.

Iam testing a druid atm, getting 60% winrate overnight 00:00 - 11:00 and 11% in the evening 19:00 - 24:00 call this coincidence but its like this for 3 days now.

Next up we would need a standardized form to fill out for bug/misplay reporting

I think that is pretty much covered though, because we have to post that to botmaker (in case of silver.dll)

and this is what he says about it in his post:

Quote:

if you want to report a bug/missplay then i need your logs!
(i will mostly ignore bugreports without a log-file, because the ai's decisions are basing on to many parameters!)
you will find the logfile (each match has an own file, with a timestamp of the match-start in its name)
in the Hearthranger/ExternBot/silverfish/UltimateLogs -folder!

the name of that log-file is looking like this: UILogg_YYYY-MM-DD_hh-mm-ss

if you dont want to search the current misplay in that log, just upload the whole log and post/send me the whole log,
and please give the round/time where the missplayed happened (like "in round 3" OR "at start of the game") + a short description
what happened and what should the ai do instead.

i realy need those files... i dont want your pictures!

Ah yeah true true. Thanks.

So, the op here, are we linking it to people when they start talking about success rates for their decks then? I feel these discussions are all over the place, maybe it just me tho. I cannot see a sensible way to talk about decks without creating their own threads for them, the talking in the Proj. Leg. thread makes me confused with people splurging out random data from left and right. Again, maybe it's just me. As I said in my resources thread, I'm a lazy bastard idiot. A very orderly one tho.

Thanks, I think it will suffice to post the data into the Project Legend thread for further discussion

This thread most likely will be good only for the empty form and its potential improvements

Very good
